Continuous Alcohol Monitoring LLC, a privately-held American company announces the addition of MATTHEW R. KNITTER to its Judicial Services Team. Mr. Knitter is a 1990 graduate of Southern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice. 

Mr. Knitter has worked with the STATE OF ARIZONA — DES/DERS from December 2017 – May 2020  as a State Reentry Coordinator. 

In June 2005 to June 2014, he served with the FEDERAL BUREAU OF PRISONS

as a Regional Reentry Administrator in Phoenix, Arizona. His task with the BOP included: developing and management of a $97,000,000.00 annual budget, routinely briefing agency executive staff, managing the technical evaluation and contract award processes, contract compliance for residential re-entry, electronic monitoring, and detention programs, judicial JJDPA juvenile coordinator, program monitoring, directing investigations, media and public information officer, staff mentoring-professional development, and maintaining close working relationships judicial, law enforcement, reentry social service, and ex-offender employment providers.
